Wholesale Policies

Order Minimums
Wholesale order minimums vary and are in quantity of pieces per style, rather than in dollar amount. They are from 3-10 pieces per style. Please fill in the application and we will send you a line sheet.
Turnaround Time
Handling time is typically 2-3 weeks which often depends on a number of factors such as time of year, inventory, etc. However we do our best to get orders out well before that timeframe whenever feasible.
Shipping
- For domestic wholesale orders, shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail and will include signature on delivery and insurance covering $200. Perlacadente covers the cost of all domestic wholesale orders, if additional insurance is required, the buyer will assume the extra cost.
- For international wholesale orders, shipping will be made via USPS Priority Mail International, with all items fully insured. The cost is the buyer's responsibility and will depend on the quantity of items ordered. It will vary but is likely to be around 50$, and we will give you a quote once we are given quantities.
Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please contact us within five business days of delivery to request an RMA to return the product to us. The package must be postmarked within 10 business days of initial shipment and must be returned in its initial packaging and unworn condition. This will result in a store credit to be used on future orders on an exchange for equal or lesser value (shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer). We want you to be happy! So any piece that is defective and unworn (not as an effect of normal wear and tear) can be returned to be fixed at any time. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges and there will be a 2-3 week turnaround time.
Custom Designs
We are most happy to try and accommodate any design request you may have. Lead times for custom designs vary from stock items, and can take from 3-5 weeks. Please email us for further details regarding your request at info@perlacadente.com
Packaging
Wholesale orders include jewelry boxes or pouches for each item, as well as product care cards.
Onboarding
After you complete the wholesale application form and your account is approved, we will be in touch with you to walk you through placing your first order.
Additional Information
Due to the custom nature of our products, payment is collected prior to items being put into production. Payment is accepted through Credit Card or Paypal.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be billed and shipped at the prices in effect at the time of order confirmation. Perlacadente LLC reserves the right to discontinue products and lines at its discretion.
All orders ship complete. All items on the order are subject to the longest production time on that order. (i.e. An order with one stock item and one custom item will ship when the custom item is complete, which could be 3-5 weeks from the date the order was placed.) If you wish to receive a non-custom stock item prior to a custom piece, please order the non-custom items separately.
